چکیده

Caulerva racemosa seaweed is a superior commodity with both ecological and socio-economical benefits. It technologically developed into different products which include antioxidants, antibiotics, medicinal ingredients, cosmetics as well other organic also used conventionally food ingredients for human’s consumption. Meanwhile, the presence of C. observed to decrease exploitation rate one factors affecting its stock in nature. Changes environmental conditions contribute majorly availability aquatic ecosystems. Identifying barriers to improving productivity and eliminating them and presenting a model for calculating total productivity in state-owned natural gas distribution companies in Iran

Improving productivity in public sector organizations requires a comprehensive view to remove its obstacles and measure the effectiveness of related measures. This practical article has identified the most important barriers to improving productivity in Iran's natural gas distribution companies through interviews and screening and weighted them using the AHP method. In the following, the model ...

Seasonal Variation of Earthworm Abundances and Biomass in Natural Forests and Plantations (North of Iran)

Soil productivity and plant growth are usually affected by biological activities of earthworms. The objective of this study was a comparative evaluation of earthworm abundances in 20-year-old plantations of Alder, Oak, Maple and Cypress with the adjacent natural mixed broad-leaved deciduous forest in the Caspian region of Iran. In this research one sample plot, each 1 ha; was selected in every ...

Productivity, relevance and natural selection

Recent papers by a number of philosophers have been concerned with the question of whether natural selection is a causal process, and if it is, whether the causes of selection are properties of individuals or properties of populations. I shall argue that much confusion in this debate arises because of a failure to distinguish between causal productivity and causal relevance. Causal productivity...

Seasonal distribution of abortions.

At least one pregnancy in eight terminates in an abortion recognized as such and recalled by women when asked for a pregnancy history (McDonald, 1958; Warburton and Fraser, 1964). Some women have a greater tendency to abort than others (Warburton and Fraser, 1964) and a few abort repeatedly (Eastman and Hellman, 1961). Gross fetal malformation undoubtedly accounts for some spontaneous abortions...
